Peace In Stillness
Down in the deep woods, among the old trees, where the birds sometime go to pray, there is a stillness which leads to reverence. This is a holy place, where those with no words come to worship. It was in such a place on that special night of Christmas that those gathered there felt the Miracle happen. Those dwellers of the woodland were bound in spirit to their brothers and sisters of the plow, the burden bearers; the town and trail animals in the stable. For it was not for man, alone, that God provided His gifts of grace, but for all who share life's common bond. Hearts of every kind were full of awe and thanksgiving as the Miracle was made known to them, each in their own way. As the peace of that night was felt in stillness, let the peace of stillness cover you as you celebrate this Christmas and always. Join, in reverence and awe, with all those to whom the Miracle is made known . May the true spirit of this Christmas season warm you as the embrace of a mother warms her child.
