Cloisterwood

Cloisterwood is a hermitage for the mind. A place to go when there is no place to go. A place where only you have discovered the Way. Designed to share thoughts and images among those who seek peace, quiet and contemplation.

Beautiful Lessons

Following, is a piece from Vajra song of the First Tsoknyi Rinpoche, as quoted by Ajahn Jitindriya in a recent retreat lecture at Sunyata Retreat Centre, Ireland, where she resides as a director.

There Is No Buddha Elsewhere, is a study in insight.

This beautiful poem is brought to life as Jitindriya speaks and builds a part of her lecture around the meaning and importance of the piece to her in her spiritual seeking. If you have never heard her speak, or read her works, I urge you to visit :

You will not be disappointed while hearing her lovely, clear voice as she tells you of her life and practice, her studies and her adventures in the world of spiritual seeking. She also has CDs available for purchase elsewhere on the web. [See Google Search]

Many of the retreats at Sunyata Retreat Centre are open to the public.
